Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cauliflower
  2. 1 beetroot
  3. 2 tomato
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 carrot
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  8. 1/2 tbsp Red chilli
  9. 1/2 coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  11. Oil as used
  12. A pinch heeng

Instructions

  1. Cut and wash all veges and add ghee in kadai add heeng then fry all veges.
  2. Add greated beetroot and Ginger garlic paste.fry it in slow flame.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and coriander powder.
  4. Now add all spices cover it ..
  5. Ready to eat garnish with coriander leaves...
