Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 kg mota besan
  2. 750 gm sugar powder
  3. 1 kg desi ghee
  4. 150 gm cashew powder
  5. 150 gm almonds powder
  6. 70 gm raisins
  7. 200 gm whole dry coconut
  8. 100 gm poppy seeds
  9. 1 tsp salt& black pepper powder each
  10. 2 litres milk

Instructions

  1. Cut coconut from top like a cap
  2. Fill poppy seeds in it
  3. In a bowl add 1 tbsp besan & make dough with water& seal the edges
  4. Boil the milk & dip this coconut in milk till it becomes thick
  5. Milk becomes dry like mawa
  6. Separate coconut from mawa
  7. Then grind coconut
  8. In wok heat 2 tbsp ghee& roast mawa till it leaves ghee then add grinded coconut mix it & ADD cashew & almonds powder
  9. In another wok heat ghee & roast besan till it becomes golden brown
  10. Then add mawa mixture in it
  11. In a broad pan add sugar powder & raisins & salt & pepper powder
  12. Pour the besan& mawa mixture in pan mix all ingredients & make balls
