Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 boil eggs
  2. 4 tomato
  3. 4_5 garlic
  4. 1 piece ginger
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 Cinnamon
  7. 1 bayleaf
  8. 1 tbsp red chilli
  9. 1 tbsp garam masala
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. 3_4 green chilli

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs .take tomatoes cinnamon green chilli ginger garlic and grind it .add oil in kadai add masala and saute it.
  2. Add spices salt red chilli and garam masala.
  3. Add boil eggs and make them boil .add coriander leaves.
  4. Ready to eat hot spicy egg Curry.
