Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6-7 Long thick green chillies
  2. oil for deep frying
  3. 1 cup besan
  4. ¼ cup rice flour
  5. 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  6. ½ tsp turmeric powder
  7. pinch of asafoetida
  8. salt to taste
  9. ajwain
  10. ¼ cup water
  11. pinch of baking soda
  12. 2 potatoes, boiled and peeled
  13. Boiled sweet corn - 1cup
  14. 1 green chilli
  15. 1 inch ginger, grated
  16. 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  17. ½ medium sized onion, finely chopped
  18. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  19. salt to taste
  20. ½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  21. ½ tsp jeera
  22. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  23. pinch of hing
  24. ½ tsp aamchur powder

Instructions

  1. besan batter recipe: firstly, take besan, rice flour, chili powder, haldi, hing and salt. mix well. furthermore, add water and make a smooth batter. also add a pinch of baking soda and mix gently.
  2. stuffing recipe: firstly take mashed potatoes, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves and onion.and sweet corn also add haldi, red chili powder, jeera, aamchur, salt and hing.mix well
  3. mirchi stuffing recipe: firstly, slit green chili at the centre and remove seeds.also stuff the potato and sweet corn stuffing into the chili.dip the stuffed chili into besan batter, coat and deep fry to golden brown.
  4. finally, serve stuffed potato mirchi bajji
