Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For potato filling
  2. Potato- 4 boil,Peel and mash
  3. Ginger green chilly paste-2teaspoon
  4. Oil-1tablespoons
  5. Red chilly powder-1/2teaspoon
  6. Turmaric powder- 1/4teaspoon
  7. Garam masala powder- 1/4teaspoon
  8. Mint leaves- 1 handfull chopped
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For batter
  11. Gramflaur- 1 cup
  12. Baking soda- 1/4teaspoon
  13. Red chilly powder- 1/4teaspoon
  14. Kitchen king masala- 1/4teaspoon
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. For potato filling-Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add ginger green chilly paste and saute for a minute.
  3. Now add mashed potato and all above ingredients and mix well.
  4. Saute for 2 minutes on medium flam.
  5. Switch off the flam and add let it cool.
  6. Now make small size ball with potato filling and keep aside.
  7. For batter- Take all above ingredients of batter and mix well.
  8. Now add water little by little and make a smooth batter.
  9. Now dip the potato balls in batter and deep fry them till brown and crispy.
