Cheela cum pizza !!!!!!! This is exactly the meaning of this super yummy recipe. Veggies add a healthy touch to it. Semolina makes it a light one on stomach and hence overall is a healthy alternative to it's famous counterpart. Try this for your families and your friends. Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina or sooji 1 cup
  2. Sour curd 1/2 cup
  3. Water 1/4th cup
  4. Onion chopped 1
  5. Capsicum chopped 1
  6. Tomato chopped 1
  7. Spring onion finely chopped 1/4th cup
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Ginger grated 1 tbsp
  10. Green chillies very finely chopped 2 tbsp
  11. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4th cup
  12. FOR THE TOPPING ; Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  13. Dry parsley flakes 1/2 tsp
  14. Italian seasoning 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables very finely.
  2. To a big mixing bowl, add sooji.
  3. Followed by veggies and all the other ingredients.
  4. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, add some water to make it a bit semi solid batter.
  6. Heat a griddle or a pan.
  7. Smear it with a teaspoon of oil.
  8. Pour one ladleful of the batter onto it and spread a little.
  9. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on that side.
  10. If required add another half a teaspoon of oil from the sides.
  11. Flip it over and cook for a minute on the other side too.
  12. Cover it up to cook evenly.
  13. Top it up with cheese, parsley and oregano.
  14. Cover and cook just until the cheese melts for a few seconds.
  15. Serve this cheelazza with any dip of your choice.
  16. It tastes good even on it's own as it has many veggies in it.
