Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour 4 cups
  2. Hudson canola oil 1 cup (secret ingredients )
  3. Active yeast 1 teaspoon
  4. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Powder Sugar 2 tablespoon
  6. Milk powder 2 tablespoon
  7. Cocco powder 2 tablespoon
  8. Milk 3 to 4 cups

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Yeast in milk . In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour , baking powder and oil ..mix well .. add dissolved yeast also .. now knead a tight dough using sufficient milk and keep it covered aside at least for half an hour ...for fermentation
  2. Ingredients used for Filling
  3. In a mixing bowl add milk powder, powder sugar and cocco powder
  4. Add little milk in it and prepare a thick spreadable mixture (for filling)
  5. Now roll three equal sized chapatis from ready dough
  6. Keep chapati on baking tray, and spread sufficient chocolate mixture on it
  7. Like this , keep the second chapati on it and spread chocolate spread on it ..repeat the process 3 to 4 times
  8. Now keep a cup in the middle and give six cuts in it from centre to circumference
  9. Again , give cuts in the middle of already given cuts , to creat more petals
  10. Now carefully , twists each cut and join two folds
  11. Like this twist , fold and join all cuts and remove cup . Beautiful shape is ready , keep it covered for 10 to 15 minutes
  12. By the time Preheat Oven on 200 degrees
  13. Bake it for 20 minutes on 200 degrees , check in between
  14. Ready after baking
  15. It's ready to be pulled apart
