ABOUT Spinach muffin RECIPE

Best party recipe. These muffin are made from spinach, very easy and quick recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Butter 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 3/4 cup
  4. Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  5. Cherry 2 tbsp
  6. Baking soda 1/2 tbsp
  7. Baking powder 1 tbsp
  8. Spinach puree 1/2 cup
  9. Warm milk 1 cup
  10. Whipped cream 1 katori

Instructions

  1. Steive maida, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
  2. In another bowl add butter, sugar and blend it till it fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla essence and blend.
  4. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Add spinach puree, warm milk and mix well and make a smooth better
  6. Put 2 tbsp of better in greesed muffin mould.
  7. Put muffin mould in the microwave for 4 minutes on high mode.
  8. Demould it when cool down.
  9. Put Whipped cream in pipeping bag and put in on muffin.
  10. Spread cherry and served.
