Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whites bread- 8 slice
  2. Green chutney- 2tablespoons
  3. Potato- boil,peel and sliced in round shape.
  4. Tomato- 2 sliced in round shape
  5. Cucumber- 2 cut in round shape
  6. Onion- 2 cut in round shape
  7. Butter-2tablespoons
  8. Cheese slice-5-6
  9. Roasted cumin powder- 1/4teaspoon
  10. Salt-to taste
  11. Crushed black pepper- 1/4teaspoon
  12. Chaat masala- 1/4teaspoon
  13. Tomato ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. Apply the butter on the bread slices.
  2. Now apply green chutney on the bread.
  3. Place a few slice of potato and sprinkle some roasted cumi powder and chaat masala.
  4. Now place 2 to 3 pieces of tomato, Onion and cucumber.
  5. Now sprinkle some roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt
  6. Now place a cheese slice.
  7. Now cover the sandwich with remaining bread slice.
  8. Apply butter on top of sandwich.
  9. Place the sandwich in preheated griller.
  10. Close the griller and grill the Sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes or till crispy.
  11. Now serve with tomato ketchup, chips and sliced cucumber and tomato.
