  1. Potatoes 750g
  2. Flour 2 cup
  3. Green chillies chopped 1 tsp
  4. Ginger grated 1 tbsp
  5. Salt
  6. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  8. Khatae 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. BOIL 750 GMS POTATOES
  2. MASH, ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH CORIANDER
  3. ADD 1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  8. ADD 1 TBSP AMCHOOR, MIX
  9. MAKE SMALL BALLS
  10. ADD SOME WATER
  11. TAKE 2 CUP FLOUR, ADD SALT TO TASTE
  12. KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  13. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE DOUGH
  14. ROLL OUT, PLACE A BALL OF POTATO MIX
  15. CLOSE IT
  16. SEAL THE ENDS
  17. ROLL INTO A BALL
  18. DUST WITH DRY FLOUR
  19. ROLL INTO A KACHORI
  20. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  21. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  22. PRESS DOWN LIGHTLY AND FLUFF IT UP
  23. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY
