ABOUT Mini uttapams RECIPE

Very easy healthy and quick recipe. When ever i make idli batter make it more so that if some day there is less time to make breakfast just make use of the idli batter and make these uttapams

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cut veggies 1 cup - all three coloured capsicums, onions, green chillies
  2. Grated cheese according to your liking
  3. Idli batter

Instructions

  1. Heat the mini uttampam pan properly n spread butter...
  2. Spread the batter for uttapams on the mini uttapam pan then sprinkle all three colours of bell peppers, onions, green chillies - chopped
  3. Cook on both sides properly and finally top it with grated cheese.

  5. Serve them with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup or have it just like that!
