  1. Potatoes 750g
  2. Salt
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  5. Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  6. Khatae 2 tbsp
  7. Oil 1/2 cup
  8. Wheat flour 2 cup
  9. Green chillies 1 tsp
  10. Ginger 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. BOIL POTATOES
  2. MASH THEM AND ADD IN FRESH CORIANDER
  3. ADD 1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED
  4. ADD 1 TBSP GRATED GINGER
  5. ADD SALT
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD 1 TSP DHANIYA POWDER
  8. ADD 2 TBSP KHATAE
  9. TAKE 2 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR AND ADD SALT
  10. ADD WATER
  11. MAKE DOUGH
  12. MAKE BALLS
  13. NOW FLATTEN A SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH AND FILL IN POTATO MIXTURE IN BETWEEN
  14. CLOSE IT
  15. ROLL PARATHA
  16. PUT TAWA ON HEAT. PUT ON PARATHA
  17. ADD IN OIL
  18. FLIP AND COOK
  19. SERVE IT WITH TOMATO CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
