Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn flour 1 cup
  2. Refined flour 1/2 cup
  3. Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tablespoon
  4. salt 1 teaspoon
  5. pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
  7. oil 2 teaspoon


  1. Take corn flour in a pot and add refined flour to it.
  2. Add all the spices.
  3. Add oil. Using water, knead into a dough.
  4. Roll it out like a thin chapati. Cut into small triangles.
  5. Arrange on baking plate and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
  6. Nachos are ready. Serve with beans and tomato salsa.
