Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For dough
  2. 2 Cup Whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. Water
  5. For Filling
  6. 2 cup grated cheese (processed, mozzarella and cheddar )
  7. 1/4 cup jalapeno finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead soft dough and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Now take a bowl and mix all the cheese and jalapeno very well.
  3. Now take a ball of dough and roll it in a small circle. Now place a ball of cheese. Make a potli.
  4. Similarly make all potlis.leave it for 10 minutes. This help rolling the paratha well.
  5. Place the paratha on the skillet when it turns lightly brown brush with oil and cook till golden brown.
  6. Now yummy parathas are ready to eat.
