ABOUT Hot Baked Rasagolla RECIPE

A very common Bengali sweets : RASAGOLLA but with a twist - it is BAKED & HOT

Ingredients Serving: 8

1 liter milk
4-6 Rasagollas
1/4 cup sugar
5 tbsp Khoya Kheer ( Mawa)
1 tsp cardamom powder
Cherry and Pistachio

Instructions

Heat up 1 litre of milk in a pan, stir well until it thickens.
Add the khoya kheer and stir well. Now take Rasagolla in an ovenproof bowl and pour the thickened milk into it.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and bake for 10 mins.
Garnish with cherries and pistachios, serve hot!
