Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. atta 1 cup
  2. maida 1/2 cup
  3. salt
  4. refined oil or ghee 1 cup
  5. potato 4 medium
  6. coriander leaves finely chopped
  7. chaat masala 1 tsp
  8. ginger 1/2 inch grated
  9. red chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. green chilli finely chopped as per taste
  11. 2 onion finely chopped

Instructions

  1. first make the dough using atta,maida and 2 tbsp of refined oil and water...cover it and set aside for 10 mins
  2. in a microwave place the potatoes in a polythene for 5-6 mins
  3. take out the potatoes and peel it and mash it completely
  4. add chopped onion,ginger,coriander leaves,green chilli,red chilli powder,chaat masala and salt and mix it well
  5. take a bit of dough and roll it in a rolling pin and add the potato stuffing and seal it
  6. now make paratha carefully so that the potato will not come outside
  7. roll it in a rolling pin
  8. heat tawa and cook it with a generous refined oil or ghee
  9. serve hot with achaar and dahi
