Recently my yonger sis got married... So she came home with her hubby for the first time after her marriage ... And this is our traditional breakfast which is served to them... Its like compulsary..

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mince 250 gm
  2. Onion 1 sliced
  3. Green peas 1/2 cup
  4. Bay leaf 1
  5. Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
  6. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  8. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  9. Green shallot finely chopped 1 tbs
  10. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  11. Oil 3 tbs
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in cooker. Add bay leaf and cinnamon stick.
  2. Add onion and saute till transparent.
  3. Add green peas and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Now add mince, ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder, green chilly paste and salt.
  5. Cook for few minutes.
  6. Add 1 cup water and cook until 3 pressure.
  7. When done remove lid add green shallot and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Serve with paratha.
