This bread pakora is one of punjabi's faviourate breakfast. We always make this in weekends or in occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup boiled potatoe
  2. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  3. 1 tablespoon haldi
  4. 2 tablespoon garam masala
  5. 2 tablespoon salt
  6. 1 tablespoon red pepper
  7. 5 bread slices
  8. 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  9. 2 cups oil for frying
  10. 1 tablespoon oil for potato


  1. In a kadai add oil and let it heat.
  2. Now add cumin seeds and roast it
  3. Then add haldi powder,garam masala,salt,red pepper all things should be 1-1 tablespoon.
  4. Now add boiled,mashed potatoes and mix it well cover it with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. Keep aside.
  5. Now take a bowl add besan,haldi,garam masala,red pepper,salt and mix it.
  6. Now add water and make its batter.
  7. Now take the breads cut its side and add filling into it cover it well.
  8. Now dip into besan batter and then put directly into heated oil.
  9. Golden brown it.
  10. Serve with sauce or chutney.
