Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. atta 1 cup
  2. chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  3. salt
  4. Dahi 2 tbsp
  5. chopped green chilli 2
  6. refined oil

Instructions

  1. take a bowl and mix atta,dahi,coriander and green chilli with 1 and half cup water and make a smooth and free flowing batter
  2. now heat a tawa and pour the batter to make chhila
  3. pour oil all around and above and flip it
  4. cook the other side and serve hot with achaar or chai
