brinjal dipped in besan and fried

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. brinjal 1 big cut into half and then sliced thinly
  2. besan 1 cup
  3. baking soda a pinch
  4. salt
  5. ajwain 1/2tsp
  6. refined oil for frying

Instructions

  1. in a pan mix together besan,baking soda,salt,ajwain and 1 tbsp of oil and 1/2 cup water to make a smooth paste
  2. now dip the brinjal pieces one by one and coat it in the batter and fry
  3. fry it till golden brown
  4. take out in an absorbant paper
  5. serve hot with chutney or sauce
