Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 2-3
  2. Beet root 1
  3. Salt a pinch
  4. Ginger-garlic paste
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/4 tbsp
  7. Ramdev garam masala 1/4 tbsp
  8. Coriander
  9. coriander powder
  10. Oil for deep frying
  11. Carrot 1
  12. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  13. Water for boiling

Instructions

  1. First, boil all the vegetables viz potatoes, carrot, beet root and mash them.
  2. After mashing add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Coriander powder, salt, coriander, ramdev garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and mix it well.
  3. Now, take a ball and make it in cylinderical shape and grease it in bread crumbs. Likewise make as many you can.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry those cutlets and serve it with tomato ketchup.
