One of the traditional maharastrian snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup gram flour
  2. 1 cup coriander leaves
  3. 1 tsp rice flour
  4. 1 cup of water
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Pinch of asafoetida
  8. 1 tsp musturd seeds
  9. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Add gram flour,rice flour,salt and water in abowl and make a lumps free batter.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add asafoetida,ginger garlic paste and musturd seeds.
  3. Add batter to the pan and cook till thicken
  4. Now empty the batter in a greased plate and let it cool down completely.
  5. Than cut in spuare shape slices.
  6. Heat oil in a pan add deep fry till crisp and light brown.
  7. Serve hot.
