Ingredients to make Pressure cooker pasta

  • 250 gram pasta
  • 1/4 cup each carrot and capsicum
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 1 big chopped onion
  • 2 big chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Cheese optional

How to make Pressure cooker pasta

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL IN A PRESSURE COOKER
  2. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC AND FRY FOR FEW SECONDS
  3. ADD 1 BIG CHOPPED ONION ,FRY TILL TRANSLUCENT
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH CHOPPED CARROT AND CAPSICUM
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP GREEN PEAS AND 2 BIG CHOPPED TOMATOES
  6. ADD 250 GRAM PASTA AND 2 CUP OF WATER
  7. SALT TO TASTE, 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TSP OREGANO
  9. MIX IT WELL
  10. PRESSURE COOK FOR 3 - 4 WHISTLE ON LOW HEAT AFTER THE FIRST BIG WHISTLE
  11. READY
  12. SERVE HOT
  13. ADD GRATED CHEESE ON TOP WHILE SERVING
