Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Karam podi recipe :-1 cup chilli powder
  2. 3 tbsp daniya seeds
  3. 1 tbsp jeera
  4. 1 tbsp clove, cinnamon
  5. 4 cardamom pods
  6. 1 tbsp menthulu
  7. 1 tbsp black peppercorn
  8. 4-6 garlic pods, (crush and mix with end product)
  9. salt
  10. 4 cups boiled long rice
  11. oil - 4 tsp
  12. 1 tsp chana dal
  13. 1 tsp urad dal
  14. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  15. curry leaves
  16. onions chopped
  17. Green chilli chopped

Instructions

  1. Method to make Masala Karam Podi: Dry roast chilli powder along with salt and turmeric Dry roast whole masala separately. Grind everything together to make podi or powder Crush the garlic pods and mix it well with the podi.Your masala kara
  2. for Karam Annam Heat oil in a kadai. Add the mustard seeds,chana dal,urad dal,curry leaves and fry well
  3. Saute the garlic cloves till brown,Add the onions and saute,Add the cooked rice and mix well.Add the masala karam podi and mix well.Add salt.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot or warm.
