Ingredients to make Veg mexican beans tacos

  • Taco shells - 6
  • oil
  • Chopped onion
  • garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • tomato pulp - 1 cup
  • chilli powder
  • salt
  • Soaked cooked rajma - 2 cup
  • For salsa dip :
  • Green chilli - 1/4
  • Chopped white onion and spring onion
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • chilli flakes
  • salt

How to make Veg mexican beans tacos

  1. For rajma beans – heat oil in a pan and saute finely chopped onions to it.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, saute it till the aroma of ginger garlic goes away.
  3. Add tomato puree, tomato sauce, red chilli powder, salt and chilli sauce to it.
  4. Mix it and then add boiled rajma beans and cook it for some time and then mash it a little while cooking.
  5. For salsa Sauce : Take Tomato puree, spring onion, onion, origano, sugar, corianer leaves, salt, green chilli, chilli flakes. Mix it well and mash it. Salsa chutney is ready.
  6. Taco shells – in 1 cup Makka atta, add little maida and salt.make dough with luke warm water and keep the dough aside for 1 hour while it is covered with wet cloth.
  7. Make small balls from the dough and roll.Make holes with fork so that it doesn't puff up.Then deep fry it.
  8. At the end put the rajma beans mix on the taco shells, spread little salsa sauce, chilli sauce, cheese and serve it.
