Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rava : 1 cup
  2. Rice flour : 1 cup
  3. Maida : 1/2 cup
  4. Grated ginger : 1/2 tsp
  5. Chopped onion : 1/2 cup
  6. Chopped coconuts : 2 tbsps
  7. Chopped green chillies : 1 tbsp
  8. Cunin seeds : 1 tbsp
  9. Cunin seeds : 1 tbsp
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. Curry leaves
  12. Salt
  13. Salt oil
  14. Ingredients for the potato filling
  15. Boiled & Mashed potato : 3 nos
  16. Cooked green peas : 2 tbsps
  17. Chopped onion : 1/2 cup
  18. Green chillies : 3
  19. Mustard
  20. Salt
  21. Oil
  22. Grated ginger : 1/4 tsp
  23. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. For batter, Mix all the ingredients well except oil and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  2. For potato masala , Mix all the ingredients well except oil and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Add chopped green chillies,grated ginger and onion,turmeric powder,fry till onions are slightly golden in colour.
  4. Add potato, salt,green peas and mix everything well.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes,add coriander leaves and keep aside.
  6. To make dosa , Cook for 5 minutes,add coriander leaves and keep aside.
  7. Pour some oil around the corners, let it cook till the edges turn brown.
  8. Flip over and let the other side cook.
  9. Spread 2 tbsps of potato filling and fold the dosa.
  10. Now the dosa is ready to be served. Serve it hot with Chutney & Sambar.
