ABOUT Scrambled Eggs RECIPE

An universal favourite of everyone. It is the most easiest and the quickest breakfast anyone can make. So scrambled eggs with garlic bread. What more can you ask for, if time is a restraint.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 eggs, whisked
  2. 3 onions, chopped
  3. 2 green chilies, chopped
  4. 1 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
  5. 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
  8. bread slices
  9. butter as required
  10. 1 tsp. garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion, ginger and green chilies till the onions are translucent. Add the whisked eggs, salt and turmeric powder and fry for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add the rosemary and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Mix together the butter and the garlic. Spread a little on the bread and toast them in the oven till they are slightly crisp and brown on the surface. Serve with the scrambled eggs.
