Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Urad dal : 1/2 cup
  2. Idly rice  :  1 cup
  3. Moong dal  : 1/2 cup
  4. Toor dal  : 1/2 cup
  5. Channa dal  : 1/2 cup
  6. Garlic  : 5-6    pods
  7. Ginger   : 2 inch
  8. Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli    : 4 - 5
  10. Grated Coconut  : 5 tsp
  11. Chopped onion : 1
  12. Pepper : 1 tsp
  13. Salt
  14. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice and dals Cumin seeds , Red chillies for 2 hours
  2. Grind ingredients  (urad dal, idly rice, moong dal, toor dal, channa dal, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, red chillies) to a slightly coarse batter.
  3. Add salt, pepper, grated coconut, chopped onion and curry leaves to the batter.Now the batter is ready.
  4. Heat dosa pan, pour batter in the pan and spread it evenly in a circle shape.
  5. Cook until it is golden brown on each side.
