Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Refind oil or Cooking oil : 4 - 5 tsp
  2. Wheat flour
  3. water
  4. salt


  1. Pour the Wheat flour and salt into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Sprinkle water little by little and oil to make a soft dough.
  3. Cover the dough and set aside at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into a small balls and roll out into a circle.
  5. Heat a heavy frying pan or tawa, over medium heat.
  6. Place the chappathi on the tawa. Let it cook for 10- 20 seconds until bubbles start to form on top.
  7. Flip the chappathi again and again for 10 secs.
  8. Gently press on top of the chapati to make the chappathi fluff up.
