Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice flour – 1 cup
  2. Chana Dal 2 tbsp
  3. Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
  4. Green Chilli – 1 finely chopped
  5. Onion – 1 finely chopped
  6. Curry leaves – 1 spring finely chopped
  7. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  8. Water as needed
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for pan frying
  11. grated carrot
  12. Finely chopped beans
  13. Spring onions

Instructions

  1. Soak chana dal for 15 mins. Drain it and put it in a mixing bowl along with chilli powder, sesame seeds, onion , green chilli, curry leaves,carrot,spring onions,carrot and salt.
  2. Add in rice flour and add some water and make into a soft dough.
  3. Take a non stick tawa and drizzle 1 tbsp of oil.Take a orange size dough and press it over the tawa with your hands till it gets even.
  4. Using your finger makes small holes in the center and drizzle some oil in the holes.
  5. Now heat a tawa and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 15 -20 min on a slow flame till it is cooked.
  6. If you need you can flip over and cook or else remove and serve with chutney.
