ABOUT Egg Burger/Anda Burger.... RECIPE

Yummylicious Eggs that are healthy and full of protiens. Loaded with the goodness of veggies, it becomes a perfect breakfast idea or even a brunch for that matter. Spice content can be increaed or decreased as per one's choice. Simple yet a filling one with the added goodness of Proteins in abundance. Innovative use of Spinach leaves by me makes it more healthy and a great choice for everyone to enjoy at Breakfast. It can be had as an after school snack or a tea-time indulgence too. It is the best for those sudden cravings or midnight hunger pangs too. All in all it's a perfect one to be had anytime of the day. It makes for a perfect picnic idea too. Enjoy!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. eggs 2
  2. salt 1 tsp
  3. Blackpepper 1 tsp
  4. Paprika 1/2 tsp
  5. carrots finely chopped 1
  6. capsicum finely chopped 1
  7. Green onions or spring onions finely chopped 1/2 cup
  8. Red onion finely chopped 1
  9. Parsley or coriander finely chopped 1/4 cup
  10. butter 2 tsp
  11. oil 1 tsp
  12. 2-3 Baby spinach leaves blanched
  13. onion rings 3-4
  14. tomato slices 2
  15. cucumber slices 3-4
  16. Ketchup 1 tbsp
  17. Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  18. Burger Buns 1-2
  19. Burger Cheese slices 1-2

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, paprika and blackpepper powders.
  3. Chop the veggies very finely.
  4. It is important and gives this breakfast recipe a great taste.
  5. Now add all the veggies and mix well.
  6. In a big pan, heat butter along with oil.
  7. Now egg mix onto it.
  8. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on a low heat. Flip it over and cook the other side too.
  9. It gets cooked inside out because we cover it and cook.
  10. Assemble it according to your choice and liking. Spread Ketchup and Mayonnaise at first. Add Baby Spinach leaves with Cheese slices, Onion rings and Tomato slices. You can also add Cucumber slices too. Do it in your own way as per your family's liking. Happy Breakfast Time Everyone!
