Crackers Masala Biscuits

Ingredients to make Crackers Masala Biscuits

  • 2 &1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon crushed dried curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Crackers Masala Biscuits

  1. Mix all ingredients ( all purpose flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, cilantro, dried curry leaves n 2 tablespoons oil) rub all the ingredients well and make dough by adding little by little water.
  2. Take handful portion from dough n roll it thinly. Now cut it in rectangular shape with the help of knife or pizza cutter.
  3. Heat required oil in wok n deep fry all crackers masala biscuits on low high flame.Take out on absorbing paper, cool it on room temperature.
  4. Serve this crispy crackers masala biscuits at teatime.

My Tip:

I like to add ajwain, Kasuri Methi, Jeera also this gives rich taste to crackers masala biscuits. Must try
