Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Poha 1 cup
  3. Cashew 1 tbsp
  4. Curry leaves 1 sprig
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt a pinch
  8. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  9. Oil 1 tbsp
  10. Peanuts 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan roast oats, poha and cashew.
  2. In a bowl take oats, poha, cashew, salt, sugar . Mix them well.
  3. Heat oil then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, peanuts and make tadka of it.
  4. Pour it on oats mixture. It is ready to serve.
