Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower...1/2 if big in size
  2. salt to taste
  3. Grated ginger..1 sp
  4. coriander powder..1sp
  5. Red chilli powder..1/2 sp
  6. turmeric powder..1/2sp
  7. Garam masala..1/2sp
  8. Amchoor powder..1/2 sp
  9. Chopped green chilli..2
  10. Oil..1/2 sp
  11. Chopped coriander leaves..1sp
  12. saunf powder..1sp
  13. ghee as required
  14. Wheat flour dough


  1. Wash and pat dry cauliflower florets.
  2. Grate them.
  3. Take a pan,add oil and grated cauliflower.
  4. Add all spices.
  5. Add grated ginger.
  6. Take a ball shape dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin and fill the filling.
  7. Seal all the sides and roll it again and roast on tawa applying ghee.
  8. Serve with homemade butter,green chutney and ginger tea.
