Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Semolina 1/2 cup
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Onion 1
  5. Cabbage 100 grams
  6. Half capsicum
  7. 2 green chillies
  8. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoons
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. 2 tablespoons curd

Instructions

  1. Grind oats into a coarse powder.
  2. Add semolina and curd. Mix well.
  3. Make a batter for pancakes by adding water.
  4. Finely chop the vegetables and add them into the prepared batter. Add salt and black pepper as well.
  5. Grease a nonstick pan and spread a ladleful of batter on it.
  6. Cook using oil. Cook both sides till crispy.
  7. Spread chopped spinach over it. Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
