Chicken tandoori

Ingredients to make Chicken tandoori

  • For chicken marinade:-
  • chicken 1/2 kg (leg pieces)
  • curd 100 gms
  • chicken Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • green chilly paste 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • lemon 1
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • Orange red color (optional)
  • For chicken masala:-
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Leftover marinade
  • 1 tsp zeera powder
  • Coriender

How to make Chicken tandoori

  1. Wash chicken n dry it using tissue paper or towel. Make slits on each side of chicken piece.
  2. TAKE A BOWL ADD CURD, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, GREEN CHILLY PASTE, LEMON JUICE, TANDOORI MASALA, SALT AND OIL.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. APPLY THIS MIXTURE NICELY ON CHICKEN AND MARINATE IT FOR ATLEAST 4 TO 5 HOURS. PUT IT IN REFGERIGERATOR TILL DEN.
  5. PREHEAT THE OVEN ON 250 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES N BAKE IT FOR 45 MINUTES ON 250 DEGREES FLIPPING THE SIDES INBETWEEN.
  6. GIVE IT A SMOKEY TOUCH KEEPING IT DIRECTLY ON FLAME AFTER THE CHICKEN PIECES GETS BAKED.
  7. TAKE A PAN. ADD OIL, LEFTOVER MARINADE, ZEERA POWDER AND CORIENDER POWDER. SAUTE TILL THE MASALA(GRAVY) GETS LITTLE THICK.
  8. ADD TANDOORI LEG PIECE IN PREPARED GRAVY. COOK N COVER IT WITH THE MASALA.
  9. CHICKEN TANDOORI MASALA IS READY.. ENJOY..
  10. YOU CAN SURVE IT WITH BREAD OR NAAN WHATEVER U LIKE..

i hv uploaded my recipe before too bt when i opened my recipe it wasn't der cud only c image of the recipe. then i tried to rewrite recipe n updated it bt again same thing happened. may be becoz of sum surver error or something.
