it’s a traditional Gujarati dish made with fresh green garlic

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup bajara flour
  2. 1/2 cup fresh methi leaves
  3. 3tbsp fresh green garlic
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 2tbsp Sugar
  7. 5 tbsp fresh curd
  8. 1/2 tsp sesame
  9. 1/2 tbsp oil
  10. Salt as required
  11. 3 tbsp fresh rice flour (optional)
  12. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. in a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a little bit hard dough and keep 5 mins for rest
  2. then make a small balls and flatten it with ur hands and deep fry it till golden in Colour
  3. remember as bajara gets Colour very fast so deep fry it on medium flame
  4. u can store this for at least for a week and enjoy every day with curd tea or coffee. it taste awesome
