Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ingredients for stuffing
  2. 1 tsp oil
  3. 1 tsp ginger green chilli paste
  4. 1 tbsp spring onion
  5. 1/4 cup schezwan chuntey
  6. 1 cup boiled chopped potatoes
  7. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  8. salt as required
  9. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  10. 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  11. For garnish
  12. 1/4 cup curd
  13. 2 tbsp boondi
  14. 1 tsp spring onion
  15. 1 tsp fresh coriander
  16. 1 tsp masala mix (1 tsp dry chilli powder,1 tsp dry mint powder,1 tsp chat masala)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add ginger green chilli paste and sauté for slow flame add spring onion and cook few minutes
  2. Add schezwan chuntey and tomato ketchup and mix well
  3. Add boiled chopped potatoes and stir it
  4. Add salt and chat masala and cook few minutes at last add fresh coriander
  5. In a bowl add curd and some salt mix well
  6. In a plat arrange the break open the puri fill with stuffing
  7. Top with curd over each puri
  8. Sprinkle boondi, fresh coriander, spring onion and masala mix
