Chicken flowers with Red chilly and Garlic Sauce

Ingredients to make Chicken flowers with Red chilly and Garlic Sauce

  • chicken minced 200 gms
  • egg 1
  • ginger, garlic and green chilli paste 2 tsp
  • Refined flower 1 tsp
  • Soaked long grain rice 50 gms
  • Sweet spice 1/2 tsp
  • Processed cheese 2 cubes
  • salt as per taste
  • garlic cloves 6-7
  • Fresh red chillies 3-4
  • vinegar 3-4 drops

How to make Chicken flowers with Red chilly and Garlic Sauce

  1. Take a bowl, add the minced chicken, salt, ginger-garlic and green chili paste, egg , refined flour and mix all the ingredients properly.
  2. Make round shape balls of this mixture and stuff cut pieces of cheese cubes in between.
  3. Cover these chicken balls with soaked rice and steam it for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce: Take the chilli, garlic, salt in a mixer and grind it till a thick paste is formed. Add 3-4 drops of vinegar, adjust the seasoning as per taste.
  5. Serve these chicken balls with red chilli and garlic paste/sauce.

My Tip:

Do not over cook the chicken.
