Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. white dried peas 300 gm
  2. red chilli powder 1/2 tbsn
  3. garam masala 1/2 tspn
  4. coriander powder 1/2 tbsn
  5. chopped onion 1
  6. chopped tomato 1
  7. coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsn
  8. green chillies chopped 1/2 tbsn
  9. salt to taste
  10. all purpose flour 300 gm
  11. yeast powder 1 tspn
  12. soda bicarbonate 1/2 tspn
  13. chaat masala 1/2 tbsn
  14. dried mango powder 1/2 tspn
  15. boiled potato 300 gm
  16. nigella seeds 1 tbsn
  17. butter 2 to 4 tspn

Instructions

  1. soak dried white peas overnight
  2. wash put it in cooker along with salt and spices add water and let it cook till 2 whistle
  3. in a bawl add flour add soda bicarbonate and pinch of salt
  4. in a lukewarm water 1/2 cup add yeast and mix it keep aside for 5 minuets
  5. add it to flour mix add water and make a dough cover it and keep aside for sometime
  6. mash boiled potatoes add spices dried mango powder mix it well
  7. now add dried mango power . chopped onion tomatoes chaat masala in boiled pea mix it so well it much water is there then reduce it first
  8. make out small balls from dough fill potato filling. roll it . sprinkle some nigella seeds and coriander chopped
  9. put a nonstick pan on gas and Cook this kulcha on low flame on being cooked from both sides apply butter over it
