Morning Breakfast are always made in hurry and the always expected as a tasty as well as healthy one. This veggies stuffed bread sandwich is the one which is tasty and healthy one too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread slices
  2. 1 carrot chopped
  3. 1/2 cup green beans chopped
  4. 1/2 cup of green peas
  5. 3-4 tsp of sweet corn kernels
  6. 1 boiled potato
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. salt
  9. oil for swallow frying
  10. 4 tsp of gram flour
  11. 1/2 tsp of nigella seeds
  12. 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
  13. 1/3 cup of milk

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with 2 tsp of oil and sauté the chopped vegetables like carrots, onions, peas, beans for 3-4 minutes
  2. Off the flame and take 2 -3 tsp of this Veg mix and place in a bread slice.
  3. Cover the bread slice with another bread slice and press it slightly
  4. Make a batter with gram flour, milk, salt, red chilli powder and nigella seeds.
  5. Dip the bread sandwich in the batter and swallow fry them one by one
  6. Fry them and cut diagonally.
