    Ingredients to make Bread Utappa

    • 12 bread slices
    • 1 cup curd
    • 2 tablespoons semolina
    • salt to taste
    • 2 green chilies chopped
    • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
    • 2 tablespoons chopped capsicum
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
    • oil for shallow fry

    How to make Bread Utappa

    1. Mix ingredients ( curd, semolina, salt, green chillies, onion, capsicum and cilantro) keep aside for 10 to 15 mins.
    2. Cut all the bread slices in round shape with the help of round cookies cutter.
    3. Heat nonstick pan on gas n add few drops of oil or 1 teaspoon oil u can.
    4. Apply uttappa mixture on 1 side of bread n keep the same side on heated pan.
    5. Shallow fry from both sides, repeat this with the other breads.
    6. No need to serve with any chutney, for me this is enough.
