By the help of this recipe you can easily know how to make masala nuts. You can prepare this by different process like deep frying, microwaving or baking. Firstly add salt, walnut, ghee and almonds in a dry pan and roast them for about 15 minutes. Now remove it from the flame and add chat masala and peppers. Mix them well and serve it. You can also serve it by adding chopped onions, tomatoes and chilies to it. The best part of Masala nuts is this you can store it in any air tight container for about 9-10 days.
