Masala nuts is very easy and healthy dish, this any time snacks is best for children. Masala nuts is a perfect Indian snack. Masala nuts can be served as an ideal accompaniment with tea, coffee and any kind of drinks. They are crispy and spicy and liked by the people of every age group. Roasted peanuts which are covered with spices are famous in every region of India . Masala peanuts are tasty as well as healthy because peanuts contains health benefiting nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Masala nuts are easily available in the market and it is very easy to make this snack with minimum ingredients at your home. It as a quick and easy recipe which you can make at your home. By the help of this recipe you can easily know how to make masala nuts. You can prepare this by different process like deep frying, microwaving or baking. Firstly add salt, walnut, ghee and almonds in a dry pan and roast them for about 15 minutes. Now remove it from the flame and add chat masala and peppers. Mix them well and serve it. You can also serve it by adding chopped onions, tomatoes and chilies to it. The best part of Masala nuts is this you can store it in any air tight container for about 9-10 days.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 2 cups walnuts
  2. 2 cups almonds
  3. 1/2 tbsp salt
  4. 1/2 tbsp chat masala
  5. 1/4 tsp black papers
  6. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Take a dry pan add salt, walnut , almonds and ghee.
  2. Rost for 15 min on low flame till walnuts and almonds become golden.
  3. Now turn off the gas and add chat masala and peppers.
  4. Mix it well.Serve after one hour for best taste.
  5. Store in an airtight box.
