  1. 1floret cauliflower
  2. 1bowl dough of wheat flour
  3. 2 tbs grated ginger
  4. 2 green chillis
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt
  7. 1/4tsp red chilli
  8. 1/4tsp caraway seeds
  9. Makhan

Instructions

  1. Grate cauliflower
  2. Add ginger n green chilli
  3. Add salt n ajwain
  4. Add red chilli
  5. Put coriander seeds
  6. Make d filling
  7. Nw make a ball of dough n fill d filling
  8. Roll it n make parantha
  9. Heat the tawa n cook it properly
  10. Serve with makhan
