Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup leftover white radish peel finely washed
  2. 1/2 cup grated coconut
  3. 1/4" ginger
  4. Small gooseberry sized tamarind
  5. 1 tsp jeera
  6. 2 tsp coconut oil
  7. 5-6 garlic cloves
  8. 1 green chilli
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water
  11. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. FRY GARLIC CLOVES TILL GOLDEN COLOR IN HOT OIL
  2. ADD WHITE RADISH PEEL AND FRY FOR 2 MINUTES
  3. JEERA, GINGER, GREEN CHILLI, TAMARIND
  4. ADD SALT, CORIANDER LEAVES AND SAUTE
  5. ADD GRATED COCONUT SAUTE FEW SECONDS AND SWITCH OFF, LET IT BE COOL
  6. GRIND BY ADDING SUFFICIENT WATER
  7. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  8. POUR INTO BOWL AND SERVE
