Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boil Aloo -3
  2. Green chillies -3-4
  3. Oil
  4. Dhaniya powder - 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Chopped coriander -
  7. Red chilli powder - as needed
  8. Salt - as needed
  9. Flour / ata - 1 cup
  10. Jeera - 1 teaspoon
  11. Astefoedia - 1 pinch
  12. Tomato chopped - 1
  13. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  14. Water as required
  15. Water for dough
  16. Oil for deep fry puri

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker add oil zeera / cumin seeds when it cracked add green chillies tomatoes turmeric powder salt chilli powder and satute it .
  2. After that add garam masala powder chopped coriander boiled mashed potatoes and cook for 5-7 min .
  3. After that add water and cover the lid of cooker and whistle 3-4 .
  4. Side by side your aloo sabji is ready
  5. Make a circular and divided the dough in 10 part .
  6. And make circular Puri .
  7. In a hot oil deep fry the Puri .
  8. Enjoy with pickles.
