Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava / sooji -2 cup
  2. Salt as required
  3. Curd -1/2 cup
  4. Chopped veggies like carrot , green capsicum , beans , tomatoes green chillies , curry leaves
  5. Water as required
  6. Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. In a deep bowl add rava mix with curd and water with whisk .
  2. Add salt and leave for 20 min
  3. Add chopped veggies.
  4. Preheat oven 180c for 10 min .
  5. Convert the batter in greased muffins trays . And bake for 30-35 min 180c.
  6. Check with tooth pick .
  7. Enjoy hot muffins with tea
