Ingredients to make noodles

  • hakka noodles pack -1
  • salt as required
  • chopped garlic -1teaspoon
  • green chillies chopped as your taste
  • veggies chopped -here green capsicum , beans , carrot , cabbage -1 cup small
  • chopped onion -1
  • white pepper crushed
  • soya sauce -1 small spoon
  • water for noodles boil
  • spring onion chopped -1 stalk
  • oil

How to make noodles

  1. Boil noodles in sufficient water. Drain and cool. Heat oil in a wok, add onion and stir-fry for two minutes. Add carrot, capsicum and cabbage and stir-fry for two minutes, stirring and tossing continuously
  2. Add noodles, soy sauce, MSG, salt to taste and white pepper powder and cookon high heat for a couple of minutes or until the noodles are heated through, tossing continuously.
  3. serve hot garnished with spring onion greens. Nutrition Info

My Tip:

toss the veggies on high flame , this gives the typical chinese wok stir fry style of noodles and retains the crunch in the vegetables.
