ABOUT Chicken paratha RECIPE

This is a delicious variety of the famous kolkata moglai parathas, where in here the parathas are stuffed with minced chicken and egg. This is an absolute delish to the palate.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Minced chicken - 250 gms
  2. egg - 2
  3. All purpose flour - 1 cup
  4. Carom seeds - a pinch
  5. Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  6. Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  7. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  8. salt - to taste
  9. oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add minced chicken and fry for 2 - 3 mins.
  3. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Take a bowl add all purpose flour,carom seeds,one tsp oil and salt and mix well.
  5. Make a soft dough with the help of water.
  6. Keep aside for 30 mins.
  7. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  8. Sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a rolling pin.
  9. Add one tbsp minced chicken,one tbsp onion,green chilly,coriander leaves .
  10. Beat one egg and mix them.
  11. Fold it.
  12. On a heated pan make chicken paratha applying oil on both sides.
  13. Serve hot with sauce.
