A delicious and easy stuffed parathas for those winter breakfasts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Stuffing :
  2. Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped bell peppers (green, yellow,red)- 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped green chillies - 2
  5. Red chilly powder - 1/4 th tsp
  6. Cumin seeds - 1/4 th tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Dough :
  9. Maida - 1.5 cup
  10. Salt
  11. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough using maida, salt and oil. Rest it for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Mix salt with the chopped bell peppers and leaf aside for 5 minutes, they would leave water so squeeze out the excess water and mix rest of the Ingredients mentioned under stuffing.
  3. Now divide the dough into roundels and stuff them with the bell pepper mix and roll them like we roll stuffed parathas.
  4. Roast and fry them with oil
